It is not necessary to enter all your company master data, SOP data, old training data, etc. manually into PharmSchul - we offer the possibility to import all these data.
An import programme can be developed for a single import or as well as for a daily import.
Therefore individual import programmes will be developed.
Previously all records which need to be imported will be specified and an individual import strategy will be designed.
The benefit of an import programme is that the big effort of manual data entry will be completely be done by the import programme,
so no erroneous data will be in the system.
By the use of a daily SOP import, training can be created automatically, if a SOP gets a higher version.
So no manual effort of entering new training is necessary.
Of course all interfaces are
validated.
